Turning a Tiny Finial
A few months ago, renowned turner Ashley Harwood came out to visit the shop. Coincidentally, my new Powermatic 3520C lathe has just arrived. What better way to break in the new lathe than to have an expert give it a solid workout. We filmed two projects, including a large bowl and the subject of this video: a small finial that’s part of her awesome sea urchin ornaments.
