Finally we have resolution to the foreclosure scare in the last video. I also show you how I dismantle the walls I installed in front of my garage doors and give you some quick tips for packing up various items in the shop.

Ah! This video triggered my PTSD from the move I made two years ago. You seem to have everything under control, well, sorta. But I’ll just mention from my own experience — not to put a damper on your excitement — that I am still hunting for things that I had labelled clearly and put down on the inventory list. I’m sure I’ll find them as soon as I break down and buy replacements.

You probably have this figured out already, but I’ll just reinforce it: the VERY first thing I needed when I got to my new future shop was drawers. Before I got those, I was digging through boxes and bins saying “I know I saw that thing just yesterday while I was looking for that other thing.”

OMG, bouncing the ladder to move it reminded me of National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. In the scene Clark, Chevy Chase, is up on the ladder hanging Christmas lights and bounces the ladder to try and move over. Here is a YouTube link to the scene, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zoMfIxZZXSk. Pretty funny stuff. Thankfully your ladder move did not result in the same kind of slapstick comedy as Clark’s.
