		<description>Great table. Did you use any fasteners? Or just the dowels. I love the idea, and the double storage levels. Makes a great place to hide stuff. Very usable and sellable.

		<description>That&#039;s a handsome table. Looks perfect with the tetsubin and cups. (though you may want to use coasters :-)

I&#039;m not a big fan of doweled joints, and gluing end grain to end grain can be problematic, but your workmanship looks clean and the joints look good and tight--not an easy thing on such a long joint. 

For a first project, I&#039;d say it&#039;s pretty impressive.

		<description>Sometimes the simplest designs are the best ones.  I think you guys did a wonderful job.  The proportions are great and the finish looks good as well.  Did you cross cut the mitres on the table saw or did you use a circular saw and straight edge?</description>
