Subscription Options

Hey everyone. I just wanted to quickly mention some of our subscription options, for those of you who don’t know about them. For many folks, RSS is a foreign concept and might not be the easiest thing to understand. Since I probably would just confuse you more by trying to explain it, here is a link that does a good job if it: http://www.whatisrss.com.

I do, of course, provide an RSS feed, which you can subscribe to by clicking the RSS Feed button at the top of the page. You can use any reader or aggregator to view the content. I prefer to use ITunes for all of my podcasts. I just find the program to be very user-friendly and you don’t need an IPod or even an MP3 player to use the program.
Now for those of you looking for an even simpler way to receive the new content, you can now subscribe via email. I’ve added a form in the middle column of The Wood Whisperer home page that will allow you to subscribe. This means that whenever I post something new to the website, be it a video or just a rant, you will receive an email update containing the new post. Its a great way to make sure you aren’t missing any content.
