		<description>To me the coolest part of this story was hearing about the gentleman who let you watch him work.  It&#039;s good to know that there are still people out there who are willing to share reasonably with other reasonable people.  Oh, and the kitchen is nice too.  :)</description>

Muiris - there are cleats at the top and bottom of the cabinet.  Screws (3.5&quot;) were driven into the studs, and countersunk holes plugged.  It worked well for me.</description>

		<description>Great looking cabinets!  I built my own about a year ago.  I used cypress.  This can be a very rewarding project not to mention saving a  TON of cash.  I had mine quoted before I decided to build.  I figured I saved myself about 7 grand doing it myself!</description>
