Hey Mark,
I'm Just kinda venturing into woodworking. Just found your podcast and I'm learning all sorts watching it. Way better than anything on TV. One thing I'd really like to learn is inlays. I got a general idea about how it's done, but I'm sure there's hundreds of things to keep in mind and different options to go with. Maybe you could do an episode on that, called "Inlays the Game"...or not. Anyway love the podcast, keep it up.

And I've been a student of Malcolm's at David's shop. And what these two do with their minds and with their hands will propel me in my next career (retired aspiring intermediate hobbyist woodworker) to great things that I can only imagine at this time. I am blessed to have witnessed the "Greats" doing their stuff!!

David has been a friend for many years. You’ve done a good job of capturing the essence of the man. I’ve actually taught a class at David’s shop so I was pretty familiar with the setting and we’ve shared shop space at other craft schools. He’s a great guy and you’ve produced a very entertaining video.

It must be great doing something that you love. I suspect Dave's artistic talent is just a bonus. Cheers

FYI, David can't do anything to get Wood Works on DVD. The show is owned by Scripps and they control it completely. David told me he has asked Scripps about releasing the show on DVD and they are simply not interested.

I'm disappointed the 55 gallon drum didn't have a gilded, patina finish.

Seriously, that was yet another great installment. Thanks, Marc.

And David is pretty good at spanking the plank. Those simple licks would be unachievable by most heavy metal drummers. (Neil Peart excluded.)
